USS North Carolina...Take One

The boy who doesn't usually like his picture to be taken couldn't wait to run all around and requesting for his picture to be taken with all the 'big gun' displays!! Oh, yes, there are more!!

NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher

The NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher was awesome!! Unfortunately, we don't have too many pictures because of the dark atmosphere and the hands on experience the aquarium provided. We were able to touch Horseshoe Crabs, Sea Anemones, Starfish, and Jellyfish. We also got to listen to the ocean in Conch Shells and see Shark teeth. Both Alex and Julia really enjoyed the aquarium and continue to talk about all the Octopus, Jellyfish, Sharks, Lobsters, Crabs, etc. that they saw! Julia even learned a new word..."fishes."
