If I Had an I-Phone...Part Four...

Friday

Status: The reality of this being our last day at Disney World is starting to sink in!!

Status: Bright and early…we’re here at the Magic Kingdom and time to get that family picture in front of Cinderella’s castle without the interference of rain!

Status: We’re off to a few rides before our breakfast at the Royal Table…Alex and Mommy are off to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and the Haunted House and Daddy and Julia are off to It’s a Small World and Snow White!

Status: Oops…Mommy and Alex are a little late to breakfast at the Royal Table!! Time to dress up 'Julierella!'

Status: Julia noticed the little Gus and Jacque up on the ledge while waiting to meet ‘Rella!’ Good eyes, Julia!!

Status: Alex definitely still has the hots for Cinderella. He looked a little ‘out of it’ after meeting her again.

Status: Daddy just ate probably the most unhealthy breakfast I’ve ever seen…stuffed French Toast!

Status: PRINCESS TIME!! The kids are going to meet Aurora, Belle, Ariel, and Jasmine!

Status: Ariel has the freakiest eyes I have ever seen!

Status: Off to hit more rides before the storms roll in this afternoon!!...Small World, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White, Goofy’s Barnstormer, Speedway, Teacups, Pirates of the Carribbean, the train…

Status: Meema just let us know that the storms will be rolling in soon…we’re off to ride the monorail for fun!

Status: We’re back in our hotel and we’re under a TORNADO WARNING!! This is the Midwest!

Status: We’ve decided to stay at the hotel for the evening. Too much rain and we need to get ready for our 6 AM pick up to the airport tomorrow!

Status: Disney World…It has been a blast! Hope to see you again ‘real soon!’ As, Mickey would say!!

If I Had an I-Phone...Part Three...

Thursday

Status: Alex keeps asking me about the friends he met on the way home from Animal Kingdom last night. He wants me to ‘look them up’ so we can go visit them sometime. All I know is that they live 10 HOURS north of Toronto!! Since most Canadians live within 100 miles of the U.S. border, this should be a relatively easy task!

Status: After showing up at Hollywood Studios right at opening, we are kicking ourselves for not hitting the Toy Story ride Sunday night. Apparently, it is greatly popular…there is already a 30 minute wait. I guess we’ll grab fast passes for round 2!! And, yes, it was a SPECTACULAR ride…one of the best rides EVER!!

Status: ♪♫ New York, New York ♪♫ I had the kiddies wear their New York t-shirts that they received from their Uncle and Aunt for Christmas, so we could take special pictures of the New York street scene.

Status: We spent the morning doing the things we didn’t get done Sunday and repeating rides we loved (Star Tours…Toy Story)! Poor Daddy missed out on ride #2 of Toy Story, however. Julia passed out on the way there!

Status: After much thought and despite Alex’s desperate pleas, I have decided against taking him on the Tower of Terror! Yes, he is tall enough, but didn’t think that he should ride it considering that he tends to puke just from laughing too hard!

Status: We’re going to take the boat from Hollywood Studios to the Swan and Dolphin to catch the bus to Downtown Disney…Just for fun!!

Status: Lunch at McDonald’s…finally! We’re starving…Wait a second…Are those the parfaits? If a small parfait is three points, that HUGE parfait must be at least eight points! There goes my weight loss for today!!

Status: The kids love the playland at the Lego Store more than the theme parks! Ha!

Status: I NEVER learn my own lessons. I should have bought those cute flip-flops that I saw at Animal Kingdom for Julia last night when I first saw them. Why did I wait for the big Disney store at Downtown Disney?? They’re out of her size!!

Status: Since Daddy and I are sick of the whining (apparently, Alex doesn’t like to shop), we are taking the boat back to our hotel!

Status: After a chilly dip in the pool, a quick dessert, a run around the grounds of the hotel, and then off to bed!!
