Alex and Julia's new Redbird basketballs! These have already caused quite a commotion...Alex desperately wants Julia's silver ball. I never in a million years thought that he would like that one when he declares so many things as 'girl toys.'

March Madness--In April

Yes!! It is bigger than it seems! It held over 71,000 fans just on Saturday alone!

Getting ready to enjoy the Butler/Michigan St. game...We were Butler fans this night!! It was a great game!!

In between the Butler/Michigan St. game and the Duke/W. Virginia game. At this point, I was completely frozen. Who knew that I needed to dress like it was 20 degrees out for an indoor basketball game! Hey Lucas Oil Dome...Turn the air conditioning off!

This is what awaited us when we arrived in Lafayette! Daddy mocked me for wearing an ISU shirt to the games, but I'll have you know that I was the only one who got a compliment that night. No one said 'Go Duke' to Daddy, but I got a 'Go Birds' while walking down one of the ramps at the dome!! What would Daddy have worn if Duke had not made it to the Final Four...probably a Duke shirt!! I'm an ISU fan, but if I would have had a Butler shirt, I would have worn that instead!! :)

We had a wonderful time...What a dream for Daddy! Who would have ever guessed that he would have won the rights to buy tickets the very year that Duke wins the National Championship!! So sad for Mommy...I was hoping for a Butler win!!
